These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Signal Bleu — a multi-tenant unified CRM that consolidates customer conversations across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, website chat, and other channels into a single workspace — available at signalbleu.com (the "Service"), operated by Signal Bleu, a sole proprietorship registered as an auto-entrepreneur in Morocco ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
The Service connects with third-party platforms (Meta/Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, email providers, etc.). Your use of those integrations is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, behavior, or changes to their APIs.
The Service is offered through subscription plans and a one-time self-hosted license, as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, handles sales tax, and manages refunds on our behalf.
Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
The self-hosted lifetime license is a one-time purchase granting a perpetual software license and VPS deployment. Once deployed, the license is non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support@signalbleu.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time after 14 days from initial purchase (see Refund Policy).
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirement. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
